This also confirms for me that I was able to get all the bad files cleared and/or defragmented from my computer so that it works properly again! When I did not receive a confirmation within a couple of days I figured that my previous order must not have gotten through because on any other orders I have placed you have ALWAYS sent a prompt confirmation and then a notice of order shipment date and tracking info.

And I very much appreciate that because (believe it or not) a lot of dried flower suppliers out there don't take that extra step of professionalism and courtesy!

For me it means a lot as this is home business but I also have a regular job. So knowing when an order has shipped and when I can expect delivery means a couple of things: I can arrange my schedule accordingly, and I will be able to give customers reasonable time frames for when their displays or arrangements will be done.

Anyway, sorry for all the rambling but I just wanted to express my appreciation and thanks for how you run your company.

Being that I am in Washington and you are in NY I did not expect a reply until at least tomorrow. You must keep long, late hours like I do. I know how that can be, so I sympathize and I don't envy you any more than I would with myself. Anyway, I now have all the bugs out of my computer (I hope) but since you received my message I think is must have worked. I am a bit of a computer idiot so to me they are just a tool. When they break or malfunction my first reaction is to just get a new one, but they are too expensive for that. But thank you for sending me my customer ID number and I will send the order again.

Kudos again for your prompt service, it is a credit to your business.
